Precision
DTI has decades of experience in precision stamping. We are capable of manufacturing many different stamped parts, such as, contacts and terminals for a wide variety of applications. We work with materials ranging from thickness from .003” to .062” (.076mm-1.575mm).

Prototypes
DTI will assist you during the product development stage. The product design is yours, but our experience will help in multiple areas.
We also understand when your project requires prototype timing and becomes a critical factor in the process. From 5 to 10,000 pieces, we deliver prototypes fast and to your exacting specifications.
We design and engineer many different forms of prototypes:
- Chemically etched
- Photo-etched
- Laser Cut
- Wire-burned
- Short Run Tooling
- 3D printer and water jet technology

Facility and Tooling
Dial Tool Industries has grown from a humble 900sqft facility in 1955 to a 40,000sqft operation. Our state of the art facility and machinery enable us to provide our partners with the precision they need. We’re proud to be a premier, full-service manufacturing partner.
Stamping Preses
We have presses ranging in tonnage from 10 tons to 100 tons, with speeds of 80 to 1,500 strokes per minute. We use Micro-Vu & Keyence visual measurement systems with real time statistical data monitoring. Plus our highly skilled staf is SPC trained.
Electric Molding Machines
Our state of the art electric molding machines are more accurate and require less maintenance than traditional molding machines. That means better parts at a lower price for our cusomers.
Hand Assembly
Detailed finishing and assembly is done by hand by our experienced and highly trained staff.
In-House Tool Room
Tooling is all done on site. This creates efficiency and means dies are not sent away for tooling or stoarge.
