Services
Since 1955, Dial Tool Industries has established a tradition of excelence in the tool and die industry. Our relationships and expertise span generations and are always improving to meet our partners’s needs. Although we have advanced in our technologies and capabilities, we are still rooted in being a complete manufacturing service and cost-effective tool and die service for our partners.
Lead Frame Stamping
DTI has decades of experience in precision stamping. We are capable of manufacturing many different stamped parts, such as, contacts and terminals for a wide variety of applications. We work with materials ranging from thickness from .003” to .062” (.076mm-1.575mm) and run a wide range of material from ferrous and non-ferrous, to copper-based alloys.
Insert Molding
DTI specializes in precision insert molded parts like real-to-reel molding and insert molded terminal pins. We are a full service molder that runs high cavitation molds and prototype molds. We insert mold in both horizontal and vertical molding machines.
Metal Stamping and Extrusion
DTI has decades of experience in metal stamping and extrusion. We work with materials ranging from thickness from .003” to .062” (.076mm-1.575mm) and run a wide range of material from ferrous and non-ferrous, to copper-based alloys. Our presses range in tonnage from 10 tons to 100 tons, with speeds of 80 to 1,500 strokes per minute.
Injection Molded Plastic
In addition to molding common resins like Polypropylene, ABS, DTI also works with engineering grade resins like Nylon and Noryl. Have a project that requires thermoplastic resins? Not a problem. DTI can also mold resins including PE, PP, PBT, Acrylic, TPV and more.

Facility and Tooling
Dial Tool Industries has grown from a humble 900sqft facility in 1955 to a 40,000sqft operation. Our state of the art facility and machinery enable us to provide our partners with the precision they need. We’re proud to be a premier, full-service manufacturing partner.
Stamping Preses
We have presses ranging in tonnage from 10 tons to 100 tons, with speeds of 80 to 1,500 strokes per minute. We use Micro-Vu & Keyence visual measurement systems with real time statistical data monitoring. Plus our highly skilled staf is SPC trained.
Electric Molding Machines
Our state of the art electric molding machines are more accurate and require less maintenance than traditional molding machines. That means better parts at a lower price for our cusomers.
Hand Assembly
Detailed finishing and assembly is done by hand by our experienced and highly trained staff.
In-House Tool Room
Tooling is all done on site. This creates efficiency and means dies are not sent away for tooling or stoarge.

In 1955 Gregory “Leo” Pagliuzza founded Dial Tool Industries to provide complete manufacturing services and efficient, cost-effective tool and die services. He achieved that goal, and today, over a half a century later, we continue to uphold it.
