Stamping

Dial has decades of experience in precision stamping. We are capable of manufacturing many different stamped parts, such as, contacts and terminals for a wide variety of applications.  We work with materials ranging from thickness from .003” to .125” (.076mm-3.175mm). We run a wide range of material from ferrous and non-ferrous, to copper-based alloys, in addition to the material below:

• Nomex
• Skived Metals
• Bi Metals
• EBW (electronic beam welded) Materials

We have presses ranging in tonnage from 10 to 100, with speeds of 80 to 1,500 strokes per minute.
Our quality department is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. We use video systems and Coordinate Axis Measuring Machine (CMM) with real time data.  Our highly qualified staff is trained in SPC, and these techniques are applied to all manufacturing processes at Dial Tool Industries.
