Dial Tool Industries began its tradition of excellence in 1955. Our founder Gregory “Leo” Pagliuzza had a goal; to provide complete manufacturing services and efficient, cost-effective tool and die services. He achieved that goal, and today, over a half a century later, we continue to uphold it.
Dial Tool is a family-owned business flourishing under the leadership of Leo’s sons Steve and Mario. Leo started the company in 900 square feet of space. Today, we have established Dial Tool as a premier metal stamper and manufacturer, and continue to thrive in our 40,000 square foot facility in Addison, Illinois.

Historical Milestones
1960 - added stamping presses and began manufacturing
1966 - moved into another custom built facility still in Franklin Park, IL (10,000 sq. ft)
1976 - The Pagliuzza family acquire 100% ownership
1979 - Implemented SPC programs
1982 - Expanded into 2 buildings, totaling 18,000 square feet
1989 - Steven and Mario become totally responsible for the operations
1992 - Dial Tool has a custom facility built in Addison, IL (23,000 sq ft)1992 - Dial Tool received the Illinois Small Business Exporter of the Year Award
1996 - Expanded Addison facility to 40,000 sq ft.
1999 - QS9000 / ISO9002 Registered
2001 - Incorporated DTI Molding Technologies
2003 - DTI Molding become QS registered
2005 - All divisions of Dial Tool became ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified
2009 - Steven and Mario become sole owners of Dial Tool & DTI Molding
2009 - Consolidated DTI Molding in to dial tool, all operations are under one roof, using one quality plan.
2010 - Dial Tool becomes ITAR registered
