Stamping
Dial has decades of experience in precision
stamping. We are especially capable at contacts and terminals for
a wide variety of applications. We generally work with materials ranging
in thickness from .003" to .062". The majority of the material
we manufacture is copper-based alloys, from 260 brass to 190HM BeCu.
We also have experience with:
Ferrous and non-ferrous metal alloys
Kapton
Mylar
Nomex
Bi metals
EBW (electronic beam welded) materials
We have presses ranging in tonnage from 10 to 100
in the U.S. Higher tonnage presses run at 120 to 300 strokes per minute.
Lower tonnage and higher volume production is done on our Bruderer
presses with speeds up to 1,500 strokes per minute. The yearly capacity
is in the hundreds of millions, but this is only a function of the
number of presses. We purchase presses to respond to our customer's
needs.
Production cycle times are measured monthly. From
raw materials to finished goods we average less than 4 days.
